Enhance your APIC membership by joining one of APIC’s 111 chapters, three of which are international.

Use APIC’s chapter map to find a chapter near you. Join other professionals in your area to be part of an active infection prevention community. If you are a current APIC member and would like to join your local chapter, contact APIC member services at (202) 789-1890, option 1 or apicmembership@apic.org. 

Local chapters:

• Provide ongoing member support at the local level.
• Foster communication and networking opportunities.
• Offer educational opportunities through chapter conferences and events.
• Develop strong leaders through mentorship and local volunteer opportunities. 
•  Advocate for infection prevention issues.
