System Vice President, Quality Operations
St. Luke’s Health System Boise
Jodi Vanderpool is currently the system vice president for quality operations at St. Luke’s Boise, Idaho. She is an accomplished senior leader with more than 22 years of senior level management experience in the healthcare industry with unique, diverse experience in leading functional and overall operational teams in policy development, program implementation, field operations, and regulatory compliance. Jodi has extensive experience within multi-site healthcare organizations which have grown both organically and through merger & acquisition.
Jodi is known for her keen focus on strategy, procedural development, operational execution, and excels in identifying challenges as well as opportunities to partner with applicable management and committee stakeholders to drive repeatable and sustainable results. Ms. Vanderpool received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the College of Idaho (formerly known as Albertson College of Idaho); she earned her Masters degree in business administration/Executive MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from Boise State University.
