This meeting has typically been held in conjunction with the Annual Educational Conference; however, for 2014 it has been moved to a web conference format in hopes that the new format will allow more APIC members to participate. In 2014 APIC members are being asked to vote on proposed amendments to both the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation. Beginning on October 22, members eligible to vote will receive an email from Survey & Ballot System/Direct Vote which will have instructions to enable your online access to the special website for voting on the proposed changes to the Bylaws and the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation. A vote to change a governing document requires an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the voting members and impacts not only how the Association conducts business, but it also impacts APIC members. Online voting for changes to the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation ends at the close of the Annual Business Meeting. Be sure your voice is heard and your vote is counted.
